The integration was built through the Nectar API, Tenant Inc.'s open developer platform where third-party developers can build apps, integrations, and custom workflows directly on the Tenant Inc. platform — giving operators the freedom to run the tools that fit their business without lock-in or compromise. Through the integration, SafeLease connects directly to Hummingbird PMS via the Nectar API, enabling automated enrollment at move-in and continuous monitoring of tenant coverage status. The result is a higher share of tenants enrolled and coverage that stays in force for the full lease, without facility staff having to chase compliance manually. Tenants with qualifying third-party policies can submit proof of coverage directly to SafeLease for automated review and validation, preserving tenant choice while keeping compliance high. Every active policy generates monthly revenue share for the operator - a predictable income stream that requires no manual work to maintain.
