Lance has been building technology for independent self-storage operators for more than a decade. As a founding leader of Storelocal, he helped develop the technology infrastructure that would eventually become the foundation of the Tenant Inc. platform.

His experience spans self-storage operations, technology development and industry innovation, including involvement with Storage Outlet, StorageTreasures, Charity Storage and Storage Wars. In 2019, Lance founded Tenant Inc. to deliver the operator-controlled platform independent storage owners had long been asking for but legacy vendors never built.

Brad oversees the day-to-day operations of Tenant Inc., ensuring the organization scales effectively as the platform and customer base grow.

Working closely with the executive team, he manages the operational systems, processes and cross-functional coordination required to support a rapidly expanding multi-product technology platform serving operators across the industry.

Travis leads Storelocal, the membership community of more than 1,500 independent self-storage facilities that anchors the Tenant Inc. operator network.

He oversees the growth of the community, its preferred partner relationships, and the Storelocal brand program — helping independent operators achieve national visibility and collective buying power while maintaining local ownership.

Bruce was part of the founding team behind Tenant Inc. and has helped lead the company's growth since its inception. Prior to co-founding Tenant Inc., he served as CMO of Storelocal.

His entrepreneurial background includes founding Synergy1, a workflow management software company, and Cost Segregation Services Inc. His combined experience building technology companies and working closely with storage operators shapes how Tenant Inc. brings its platform to market.

Shawn leads Tenant Inc.'s financial operations, reporting, and capital strategy, stewarding more than $40M raised from over 200 self-storage investors.

His work ensures the company's financial structure supports long-term platform development while maintaining strong alignment with the operator community that funds and uses the technology.

Alex leads the engineering and product teams responsible for Hummingbird, Mariposa, Nectar and the broader Tenant Inc. platform.

He oversees platform architecture, engineering execution and the product roadmap — ensuring the technology continues to evolve in ways that give independent operators a meaningful competitive advantage.
