Our story starts in a room full of angry self storage operators
This room full of operators, including our founders, had been given an ultimatum by one of the largest self storage software providers at that time.
That ultimatum included new restrictions on their businesses that would severely hamper how they operated.
The operators responded with passionate speeches explaining why this was a horrible move for the industry, but they were essentially yelling at a wall.
They asked for change, but that provider had no intention of creating that change.
So our founders decided to create the change they wanted to see.
