What are your upfront costs?

We have a setup fee when you first sign on, and that's it. From then on it's just the monthly rate for your plan. 

Do you integrate with the vendors I'm already using?

It's highly likely that we do! Check out our integrations page to see who we're currently integrated with. We're continually growing this list so check back often for updates. 

What credit processor do you use?

We have an integrated payment processing option called Tenant Payments. This integrated option offers a seamless and hassle-free experience, but we also offer the option for you to use your preferred payment processor with most of our plans. 

What kind of customer service do you offer?

We're proud of the exceptional customer service we give all of our customers. We're responsive and we'll walk up multiple floors to take the extra step (or steps) needed to ensure you have a good experience with us. 

Do I need a computer onsite running your software?

No, you do not need a computer running 24/7 onsite to use our software. Our software runs on the cloud, so you can manage your business from wherever you're at, whether that's your couch or your office. 

What does it mean when you say I own my data with Tenant Inc.?

It means that you have full access and control of every data point your business generates. Other companies lock you out of your data and don't let you access it under any circumstance. If you want to access your data to export it to a business intelligence tool, or if there's ever a time you decide to move on to a different software provider, you're always going to take your data with you.
