Derrel's Mini Storage, Inc., Select Tenant, Inc.'s Software Technology Platform to Manage Their End-to-End Self-Storage Operations

Tenant Inc. will be adding Derrel's 63 locations to its property management software, Hummingbird.

Tenant Inc., the only purpose-built vertical SaaS technology platform company that offers a complete ecosystem tailored to the self storage industry, has partnered with Derrel's Mini Storage, Inc. to modernize the company's operations with its property management software, Hummingbird.

Tenant Inc. and Derrel's first started working together in 2020 when Derrel's transitioned its storage facilities to Tenant's self storage website platform, Mariposa.

The success Derrel's saw with Tenant's online rental platform has now led to Derrel's transitioning its 63 stores to Hummingbird.
