The answer, the moment you need it

Anything you can see in Hummingbird, you can now ask about.

Tenant MCP is a secure connector built on MCP, the open standard that lets AI assistants work with business systems.

Plug it in and your AI reads your live Hummingbird data: units, rates, occupancy, payments, leases, documents, and more to come. Read-only by design, so it can answer anything and change nothing.

Your data, your responsibility

It’s your data. Use it thoughtfully.

Connecting AI to Hummingbird shares your data, including your tenants’ personal information, with a system Tenant does not control, and AI can make mistakes. That’s why Tenant MCP is read-only.

Read-only by design

No edits, no payments, no moves. Your AI looks, it never touches.

Your login, your scope

The AI sees exactly what your Hummingbird user can see, and nothing more.

Built on an open standard

MCP works across leading AI assistants, so you’re not locked into one.
