We have a setup fee when you first sign on, and that's it. From then on it's just the monthly rate for your plan.

We have an integrated payment processing option called Tenant Payments. This integrated option offers a seamless and hassle-free experience, but we also offer the option for you to use your preferred payment processor with some of our plans.

No, you do not need a computer running 24/7 onsite to use our software. Our software is cloud-based, so you can manage your business from wherever you're at, whether that's your couch or your office.

If you want to access your data to export it to a business intelligence tool, or if there's ever a time you decide to move on to a different software provider, you're always going to take your data with you.
