We’ve redesigned the move-in experience to remove unnecessary steps and give renters more flexibility in how they complete signing and payment. The updated flow — Lead → Lease → Finalize & Take Payment — merges key actions into a streamlined experience that improves completion rates and reduces operator touchpoints. Auction-ready data can now sync directly from Hummingbird to StorageTreasures. This enhancement removes manual double entry, reduces errors, and helps operators run more consistent, compliant online auctions from end to end.

We’ve introduced new tools that make lead handling more consistent, more trackable, and easier for teams to manage throughout the day:
- Guided Lead Follow-Up: You can now schedule a follow-up task directly from the Lead screen. Select an interaction outcome, add notes, and set the next follow-up date — the task automatically appears in the Task Center when it's due, helping teams stay organized and reducing missed opportunities. Improved Property Selection Controls
When running reports, the property selector now adapts to the number of locations chosen, making large portfolios easier to manage. Selecting “All Properties” clearly displays that all locations are included, while choosing individual properties shows up to five by name, with a “+x more” label for larger selections.
