Easily Download Reports for Multiple Properties in Consolidated or Collated Formats
You now have the option to download reports for multiple properties or a property group in a single document and view the data in a consolidated or collated format.
These formats improve efficiency by reducing the manual effort required to generate, compile, and send multiple reports for each property and also enable quick insights and easy comparisons. For example, if a bank requests management summary reports for 20 properties, instead of downloading and sending each report separately, you can simply generate and share a collated report. New Reports Download History
You can access and download your Hummingbird reports for the past 60 days. The 'Reports Download History' tab provides a log of all reports you've downloaded, shared, or scheduled within that timeframe. Learn More
Enhanced Report Permissions Based on User Roles
The Hummingbird report permissions are enhanced to provide more control over who can view, download, create, delete, and schedule reports. This role-based access control will minimize the risk of data leaks and ensure that users only access information relevant to their roles. Learn More

New Lead Activity - Created Date Report
The Lead Activity - Created Date report offers an overview of newly generated leads based on their creation date. It helps users track when leads were first added to the system, their source platform, and their initial status. This report provides valuable insights into lead generation trends during the selected period by displaying leads based on their initial creation date. Learn More

New Lead Activity - Modified Date Report
The Lead Activity - Modified Date report tracks updates to existing leads, focusing on changes made after their initial creation. Unlike the Created Date report, it only includes leads that have been modified within the selected timeframe. This report organizes leads by their most recent updates, capturing status changes, edits, and interactions for better visibility into lead activity. Learn More
