  • Know when a conversation should be in person, on the phone or through email.

  • Determine deliverables and deadlines, then provide frequent & concise updates to stakeholders.

  • Let others know right away when changes happen (meetings, projects, deadlines, etc.).

  • Regularly provide and accept TIMELY formative feedback.

Accountable

Respect each other's time by being accountable to one another and keeping commitments.

  • Adhere to meeting commitments: always have an agenda, take notes, assign action Items and deadlines.

  • Prioritize your work based on objectives and key results; base commitments on your ability to deliver.

  • On time, every time; under promise and over deliver.

  • Think like a business owner it were my money, would be doing this?

  • Deliver what you promise when you promise, do what you say you are going to do.

  • Always conduct yourself professionally, protecting our brand and our team in all business environments.

Be adaptable and flexible, refocus and remain aligned to the end goal when conditions change.

  • Be understanding and positive when things change.

  • Look for opportunities and ways to improve what we are doing with actionable items.

  • Prioritize 911 situations. Coordinate and be part of the solution.

  • Be receptive to new ideas, and willing to tackle challenges for the benefit of the company.

  • Be willing to hear opposing opinions and learn about the worldview of people you don't agree with.

Customers at the Center

  • Be fully transparent; when mistakes happen, apologize and rectify quickly.

  • Take responsibility by setting expectations and boundaries, then under-promise and over-deliver.

  • Listen, acknowledge, inquire and document all customer requests and respond in a timely manner.

  • Always interact with honesty and positivity when speaking with customers.

  • Maintain a professional work environment which allows for clear communication with customers.

  • Thoroughly investigate potential causes of an issue before committing to an explanation to the customer.

Sense of Belonging

Cultivate a sense of belonging for everyone; have fun and celebrate achievements.

  • Have company outings/social events (i.e. cultural food Fridays, beach outings).

  • Celebrate releases, onboarding, achievements, birthdays (find a way to have it available for all to see).
